1. Service Description

Juniper provides neighborhood data reports that include demographic information, economic indicators, housing statistics, political trends, and local amenities for ZIP codes across the United States.

2. Account Terms

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use this service.
  • One person or entity may not maintain more than one account.

3. Credits and Payments

  • Credits are used to unlock neighborhood reports.
  • Credits do not expire and are non-transferable.
  • All purchases are final. Refunds may be issued at our discretion.
  • Prices are subject to change with notice.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Resell or redistribute reports without permission
  • Use automated systems to access the service
  • Attempt to circumvent access controls
  • Use the service for any illegal purpose

5. Data Accuracy Disclaimer

Our reports are based on publicly available data from sources including the U.S. Census Bureau, Federal Election Commission, FHFA, and OpenStreetMap. While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee that all information is complete, current, or error-free. Reports are provided for informational purposes only and should not be the sole basis for major decisions.

6. Intellectual Property

Reports are licensed for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our reports without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Juniper Labs LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the past 12 months.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the service.
